The included recipe book provides a variety of breakfast sandwich options, from the traditional egg, ham and cheese to the unique cheddar, apple, bacon and egg croissant sandwich. Tips – Extra-large eggs or very cold ingredients may lengthen cooking time. Higher-fat content bread, fewer ingredients, scrambled eggs, egg whites, and precooked ingredients may shorten cooking time. Do not use appliance unattended. Power on & preheat light. When making sandwiches let unit preheat with cover closed and cooking plates rotated in between rings. Note: Green PREHEAT light will come on when unit is heated to the correct temperature and will cycle on and off during cooking. It is NOT an indicator for when sandwich is ready. Always wait 2 minutes between cooking sandwiches to ensure the Breakfast Sandwich Maker is heated to correct temperature.
